A trained and qualified home inspector will review your house as a system, looking at how one component of the house might affect another. Components that are not performing properly should be identified, as well as items that are beyond their useful life or are potential life safety issues. The purpose of the home inspection is to provide the client with a better understanding of the property conditions, as observed on the day of the inspection.

There are many different factors that will determine the length of time needed to perform a thorough home inspection. Such as the size of the property; whether it is a condo, townhouse, or detached house, the age of the building. A typical inspection can vary anywhere from 2-4 hours. After the inspection, we will go over the major items found in the inspection (Summary Items) which will take roughly 15 minutes.
A full detailed report will be sent out within 24 hours of the inspection via email. (Usually much sooner than 24 hours)
The Report is produced specifically for you. Once you receive your report, it is yours and you can share it with whomever you wish. The report is owned by you and we cannot share it with anyone else without permission from you.
